All orders placed on our website are transacted in USD and qualify for free shipping. No additional shipping fees will be applied to your purchase.

Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1‑3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends. We prepare human‑use detangling hair brushes, kids mini detangling combs, pet grooming combs, hair‑care accessories and gift sets carefully before shipment to ensure product integrity.

Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery period for all shipments is 6‑12 days. This estimated timeframe covers transit from our facility to your delivery address. Please understand that delivery may be affected by unforeseen circumstances including logistics fluctuations, customs procedures or local delivery arrangements. Expedited shipping service is not available at this time.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages
